The final date and time for the submission of bids is Friday, 18th December 2020 at 11:00. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. The aim of this project is to assess the various impacts of multiple scenarios where the terms of the UK's oil and gas licensing regime differ from the current terms. Comparisons should be expressed in terms of the difference between indicators in each scenario, and the business as usual scenario. There are two key objectives of this work which each represent 50% of the total value of the project:
