Description

Birmingham Children's Partnership (BCP) requires a provider to carry out an ethnographic, qualitative research study exploring the lived experience of 24 local children and young people (CYP) and their families. The purpose of the study is as follows : 1. To gain in-depth insight into the people's experience of children and young people's universal and acute services. 2. To use the knowledge gained to feed into the redesign of children and young people's universal and acute services. 3. To support the development of a culture change across children and young people's services, promoting a culture of compassion and empathy in the city's public sector workforce. Outputs include the production of a glossy A5 publication, the delivery of ten workshops with staff, and the delivery of a knowledge sharing event towards the end of the contract period. This contract will be for a period of 5 months commencing 19/10/20 until 19/03/21.
