The Procurement Services which are part of NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) on behalf of Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) have issued the awarding of this contract without prior publication in the Official Journal of the European Union due to a number of critical factors. It has been imperative to secure the continuation of provision from provider for the delivery of medical ultrasound education; to secure an agreement with provider will provide continuity to NHS Wales which is critical in this educational need.
