Description

The Contracting Authority wishes to procure a suitably qualified and competent contractor to provide a legionella risk assessment service. Full details can be found within the attached tender documents.

Renewal Options

It is anticipated, but not guaranteed, that a new procurement procedure may be initiated during the contract period and/or any extension period(s) that may be used. The Contracting Authority has the option, at its sole discretion, to extend the service period for a further period of up to 12 months or part thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, such an extension of the contract shall not be taken as any indication that any Task Orders/Job Requests will be raised during the extended term.
