Description

Description of the requirement In order to facilitate the efficient and cost-effective procurement of library resources, and following the end of the framework agreement RM3797, we are seeking to enter a contract with a subscriptions supplier, providing management and acquisition of information resources / services (including journals, newspapers, insight and legal developments services). Due to the impact of the COVID-19 situation and the associated need to re-evaluate the CMA's information resources requirements and a reforecasting exercise tied to budget spend in recent months, a direct award to Prenax Ltd, (previously LM Information Delivery) is considered necessary to ensure continuity of access to essential information resources. LM Information Delivery has met this requirement to date, therefore we know that they can meet the CMA's particular requirements for specific specialist resources, including Global Competition Review and Concurrences subscriptions. The requirement will be re-evaluated on contract expiry.
