AHDB are looking for a supplier to provide the design, production, build and dismantling of a stand approx. 400sqm, to include all equipment hire and associated services. The scope of this procurement does not include exhibition space. All suppliers must show understanding of the task and be innovative and creative whilst offering good value for money and attention to detail. Suppliers must be fluent in English and German in order to support and communicate with AHDB staff, other suppliers and the show organisers, both before during and after the event. The use of an interpreters is not permitted. This contract is to cover ANUGA 2021 with the option to cover ANUGA 2023 should AHDB wish to attend. The budget is approx £200,000 for Anuga 2021 and 2023 if taken up

Total Quantity or Scope

The successful supplier will be responsible for the design, construction and dismantling of the stand in Germany, along with any AV requirements and any other associated production services. This contract is for ANUGA 2021 with the option to extend to cover ANUGA 2023 if required. The contract has a due start date of May, with ANUGA being in October, the budget is approx £200k for 2021 and we would not expect costs to rise too considerably for 2023 if AHDB chose to exhibit.

Renewal Options

This contract could be extended for ANUGA 2023, and therefore this notice covers this option included in the price, in order to be transparent. The cost per build is approx £200k
