The Association wishes to procure a suitably experienced grounds maintenance contractor to undertake regular maintnenace to soft and hard landscape areas. Ad-hoc additional works may instructed through the contract

Works comprise of the inspection and maintenance of all tree, amenity planting, woodland and grass areas to communal residential land including cleansing and weed clearance of hard areas. Further work detailed in specification. The contract duration is thirty six months with the option to extend by a further 24 months on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory review as assessed by the Association's Housing Management and by tenant feedback Award Criteria
