Description

Earthworks at Samlesbury Enterprise Zone including excavation and disposal of soil and stones containing inert hazardous waste, filling to levels, compacting forming platforms. The project is part of enabling works to prepare development plots within the Samlesbury Enterprise Zone site. The works include the excavation and disposal of soil and stones containing inert hazardous waste which must be removed to a licensed Environmental Agency waste disposal site. Materials are to be laid and filling undertaken to levels in accordance with LCC requirements as per the documents issued with the ITT. Plant and Labour is to be provided by the successful contractor. The location of the works is Samlesbury Enterprise Zone, Samlesbury, Lancashire. The work is programmed to start in March 2021 (tbc) and complete in June 2021 (tbc). Prior to submitting a tender, it is recommended that tenderers visit site to familiarise themselves with the requirements. Contact details to arrange site visits are included in the ITT document.
