The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (the Housing Executive) requires the services of an external good relations delivery agent (the Contractor) for its Building Positive Relations (BPR): Cross Community Area Network (CCAN) project. The BPR CCAN project is funded by the Special European Union Programmes Body’s Peace IV funding stream. Full details of this requirement can be found in the attached documentation.
