Description

MOD Defence Digital Platform Services will be inviting bids for the provision of water-cooled enclosures to house the OpNET Communication and Information System server nodes on-board the Type 26 Frigates. The Authority is seeking an external partner to design, qualify, manufacture and deliver a water-cooled enclosure solution to support the installation of OpNET into the three Batch 1 Type 26 Frigates.

Total Quantity or Scope

The design of the Batch 1 Type 26 Frigate requires enclosures to securely house OpNET CIS servers within defined parameters for space, weight, power and wild heat. This task is for the design, qualification and manufacture of a suitable water-cooled enclosure solution for delivery in Quarter 2 of 2022.
