The Authority requires the provision of press services to enable it to meet its key objectives of promoting the Nolan Principles, promoting its regular, substantial report, as well as day to day activities to ensure the Authority maintains its high and reputable status in public life - blogs, speeches, media contact. This is a time and materials Contract where payment will be made related to hours billed. No minimum spend is guaranteed.
