Description
The objective of this tender process is to select a Principal Contractor to work collaboratively with the Council and its professional team in delivering the refurbishment, extension works and supply and installation of office furniture as described within these tender documents to an agreed price in the optimum programme timescale. Project Overview The project consists of the following works: - Refurbishment and reconfiguration to form changing rooms and showers to the Ground Floor. - Refurbishment of the First Floor. - Supply and installation of new office furniture The site will be a live working site, with normal working operations occurring on the ground floor. The successful contractor will ensure that they keep noise to a minimum and will agree suitable times for noisy works with the Contract Administrator.
