On behalf of SMP Alliance working with Highways England (Costain Ltd, Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd, BMJV, Flour Ltd, Jacobs, WSP Ltd) we require recruitment providers specifically for Traffic Safety Control offices only to be appointed into our Smart Motorways Alliance. The SMP Alliance reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to invite some/all pre-qualified to submit tenders for the works. The SMP Alliance reserves the right to provide future opportunity for further registration via ContractsFinder The providers will be required to work nationally on a works allocation model supporting the Alliance partners. The main contract documents are available to view on Contracts Finder. Terms and Conditions specific to this package will be issued during the tender period. To register your interest in these works please provide the following information within time frame stated by email to sarah.thomas@costain.com and include information requested below •Either Constructionline Gold account, Achilles Building Confidence standard or Common Assessment Standard in date full audit and PQQ report and certification. • Confirmation that you will be willing to achieve Construction Line Platinum status by end of year one within the Alliance if not already in place •Provide evidence of sector scheme approval compliance to Sector Scheme 12AB •Please provide policies / plans for the following: - Modern Slavery - Fatigue Management - Corporate Social Responsibility - EDI - Data protection policy - Drugs and alcohol policy - Employee wellbring and mental health

Tenders will then be issued with a three week return period. Scoring of the tender will be carried out within 2 weeks of return date
