Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea will be embarking on the recommissioning of their Healthy Child Programme. The authorities launched their pre-birth to five transformation programme in April 2019, which included a redesign of how the authorities will deliver their healthy child programme. The market engagement event will provide an opportunity to discuss the proposed model and vision of how the healthy child programme is to be delivered in the future.
