Good Information and advice is core to supporting people to remain as independent as possible which in turn helps people lead healthier and more independent lives. In Norfolk we commission a range of advice services that support a range of services delivered by third sector organisations through a partnership approach. The information, advice and advocacy contracts are approaching the final 12 months of their term and the Council are currently working with relevant stakeholders to scope the requirements for a new model of service delivery.Any future requirement may be split into separate lots based around specific service provision.

The event will inform providers of our intentions and what we hope to achieve, to ascertain what potential providers see as areas of risk, to discuss delivery, and what (if anything) would stop interested parties from applying.
