Greater Norwich Growth Board is seeking a consultant to develop a long-term Sport and Physical Activity Strategy (incorporating updates to existing Built Facilities and Playing Pitch Strategies) for the Greater Norwich (covering three local authority areas – Norwich, South Norfolk and Broadland).

Greater Norwich Growth Board is seeking a consultant to develop a long-term Sport and Physical Activity Strategy (incorporating updates to existing Built Facilities and Playing Pitch Strategies) for the Greater Norwich (covering three local authority areas – Norwich, South Norfolk and Broadland).Greater Norwich is a partnership between Norwich City Council, South Norfolk District Council, Broadland District Council and Norfolk County Council. This partnership is overseen by two separate boards; The Greater Norwich Development Partnership (GNDP) who oversee the development of the emerging Greater Norwich Local Plan and the Greater Norwich Growth Board (GNGB) who together with the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership (New Anglia LEP) oversee the strategic delivery of infrastructure that is required to support the planned growth.The Councils require Strategic Outcomes Planning support to develop a clear approach (determined by local priorities and outcomes) to providing effective and sustainable sport and physical activity opportunities for local communities up to 2038.
