Description
Midland Heart are looking for a high quality solution for the specified services from high quality providers that deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Midland Heart. The Contract period will be for an initial period of 16 months 1st of July 2021 to the 30th of November 2022 to co-terminate with other operational services currently provided with the option to extend in annual increments (1+1+1+1 years) subject to satisfactory performance. General Needs (rented accommodations), Supported Living, Retirement Living (includes home owners), Home Options (Leasehold and Market Rent) and Mutuals (home owners).Locations: Leicestershire, Coventry, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Cannock Chase, Birmingham North, Birmingham South, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Balsall Heath, Sparkbrook, Kings Heath, West Birmingham Inner, Handsworth, Lozells, West Birmingham Outer and Avon

Other Information
The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (as amended) (TUPE) may apply to the workforce of the incumbent contractor(s) in relation to the services which are the subject matter of this ITT and procurement exercise.Whether or not TUPE applies is a matter of law which can finally be determined only by an Employment Tribunal. If TUPE applies, the existing workforce of the incumbent service provider who are assigned to the services immediately before provision of those same services commences under the contract which is the subject matter of this ITT and procurement exercise will transfer, unless they choose not to, to the successful tenderer on their existing conditions of employment.
