Kirklees Council is seeking to establish a contract with an innovative Service Provider with relevant experience and ability to provide a Stray Dog Collection and Kennelling Service.

Total Quantity or Scope

The council of the borough of Kirklees (the "'Council'"), are seeking to procure a Service Provider with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of Stray Dog Collection and Kennelling Service (the 'Service'). Like all Local Authorities, Kirklees has a duty under the Environment Protection Act 1990 to collect and kennel strays dogs for a minimum of 7 clear calendar days. The primary scope of the service provision is to provide a complete service from start to end.

Renewal Options

The contract can be renewed after the 1st contract terms of three years elapsing in 1 year or 3 x increments at the discretion of the authority.
