Description
Historic Environment Scotland Enterprise (HESE) needs to relet the contract for the purchase and resale of Scotch whisky and Liqueur. This will cover own brand, malt whisky and liqueurs. Blended Whisky miniatures related to specific clans will not be included under this contract. HESE has 14 outlets across Scotland that have off sales licences. During the life of the contract additional sites may be added or removed. The Retail outlets product range covers a wide variety of items and price points designed to appeal to a broad spectrum of customers including Members, staff and the general public.
