Tenders are invited for the supply of works and associated services in respect of Property Flood Resilience Measures. The Council is seeking to let a Contract to a single Supplier who shall provide surveys, recommend and install appropriate Resilience Measures to Residential Properties including: • Surveys to establish risks and required Resilience Measures • An options appraisal and recommendation of and quotation for appropriate Resilience Measures • Works to install flood Resilience Measures • Post works survey and testing to ensure works / installations are to standard and Resilience Measures will be effective

1.2.1 Tenders are invited for the supply of works and associated services in respect of Property Flood Resilience Measures.

Renewal Options

The Contract may be extended for a further period of 2 years dependent on the expected benefits being realised and upon further approval by the Council and external funding remaining available.
