These will be rolled out to maximum effect to enable inclusive access to the new infrastructure and wider cycling and walking network. There are two Lots, one each to be available to communities in the following areas, and bidders can bid for either or both Lots: - Lot 1 - Black Country (Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton) - Lot 2 - Birmingham, Coventry and Solihull Bidders will be asked to outline how they would bolster community activity over the timeframe of the commission which is from April to December 2021.
