Description

Birmingham City Council wishes to invite suitably experienced and qualified consultants to undertake a Housing and Economic Development Needs Assessment (HEDNA) for the city in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and national guidance contained in the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). This will form an integral part of the evidence base to underpin new housing and economic development related policies in the review of the Birmingham Development Plan (BDP) and the development of the city's Housing Strategy. This contract will be for a period of approximately 9 months commencing 9th April 2021 until December 2021.
