Description

DWP Digital Planning Performance and Delivery People Services requires a partner to work with them as a "Trusted Advisor" by providing industry leading SME and technical guidance to deliver insight and products. This will enable support for Microsoft Applications already in Live deployment in DWP, the Desk Booking Tool, as well enabling exploitation of Microsoft Apps and Services to deliver Digital solutions for DPPD People Services portfolio. The Live support and iterative enhancement of the Desk Booking Tool through 2021/ 2022 is required. There is also the need for Services on a Call-Off basis to assist DPPD People Services to transition our portfolio of products to Microsoft Applications and Services and help adopt new ways of working and improve productivity. High level requirements include: Continued Service Support/ Incident Management of DWP Desk Booking Tool, a Live Application to capture COVID Desk information in Corporate Centres; Iterative development of User Features required to enhance the User experience of the Desk Booking Tool.
