Secure Offsite Storage of Records and Records Management. Additional information: The estimated value per annum is GBP 3 341 016. The estimated value for 4 years would then be GBP 13 364 064. SS17ac - Commercial Conditions of Contract for Services Contracts also allows for up to three further extension periods, each of 6 months (total GBP 5 011 524). Therefore the total estimated value is GBP 18 375 588
