The Salvage and Marine Operations (SALMO) Team, part of the Ministry of Defence (MOD), have a requirement for the provision of Facilities Management (FM) Services.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Salvage and Marine Operations (SALMO) Team, part of the Ministry of Defence (MOD), have a requirement for the provision of Soft and Hard Facilities Management (FM) Services for a property located in Bristol. The property is a warehouse/ industrial unit totalling 1,765.72 sqm. The duration of the agreement shall be 2.5 years. The requirement specification, includes: • Work Package A: Contract Management. • Work Package B: Contract Mobilisation. • Work Package C: Maintenance Services. • Work Package D: Horticultural Services. • Work Package E: Statutory Obligations. • Work Package F: Cleaning Services. • Work Package G: Waste Services.
