Description

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is largest provider of community and mental health services in Dorset. We are currently looking to appoint a contractor(s) to conduct planned preventative maintenance on all the Trust Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Ventilation & Refrigeration units located at various sites across Dorset. There will be 5 Lots. - Split Systems/ Heat Pumps/DX Split Systems - Cold Rooms and Walk in Freezers - Medical Fridges and Freezers - Reverse Heat Pump Units (Clivet) - Free Standing Fridges The successful contractor(s) will be expected to conduct a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance service including reactive works on an ad-hoc basis for all the Trusts assets in conjunction with the lots specified above. The contractor(s) will also be required to provide the necessary infrastructure to be able support the Trust with the planned routine visits and the reactive call outs in accordance with the specification.

2 Cold Rooms and Walk in Freezers

This is Lot 2. LOT 2 - Cold Rooms and Walk in Freezers The successful contractor will be expected to conduct a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance service including reactive works on an ad-hoc basis for all the Trusts assets in conjunction with the lots specified above. The contractor will also be required to provide the necessary infrastructure to be able support the Trust with the planned routine visits and the reactive call outs in accordance with the specification.

3 Medical Fridges and Freezers

This is LOT 3 LOT 3- Medical Fridges and Freezers The successful contractor will be expected to conduct a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance service including reactive works on an ad-hoc basis for all the Trusts assets in conjunction with the lots specified above. The contractor will also be required to provide the necessary infrastructure to be able support the Trust with the planned routine visits and the reactive call outs in accordance with the specification. Medical Fridges and Freezers- To provide planned preventative and reactive Maintenance to the Trusts assets.

4 Reverse Heat Pump Units (Clivet)

This is Lot 4. - Reverse Heat Pump Units (Clivet) The successful contractor will be expected to conduct a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance service including reactive works on an ad-hoc basis for all the Trusts assets in conjunction with the lots specified above. The contractor will also be required to provide the necessary infrastructure to be able support the Trust with the planned routine visits and the reactive call outs in accordance with the specification.

5 Free Standing Fridges
  • Value: £1

This is LOT 5. - Free Standing Fridges **Please note that this Lot is listed as an option within the specification as we are interested to receive financial submissions and therefore the award for this LOT will be based on the total financial envelope and the Trust retain the ability not to award this lot to any supplier. Dependant on an award for this Lot, the successful contractor will be expected to conduct a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance service including reactive works on an ad-hoc basis for all the Trusts assets in conjunction with the lots specified above. The contractor will also be required to provide the necessary infrastructure to be able support the Trust with the planned routine visits and the reactive call outs in accordance with the specification.

Renewal Options

The contract can be extended by up to 24 months by mutual agreement
