Description

The existing Outpatients department is to be reconfigured to create a Diabetes Centre.

Total Quantity or Scope

The existing first-floor Outpatients department (block 12) currently contains the departments of ophthalmology and ENT. These are to be reconfigured so as to provide a Diabetes Centre, which is being moved from its existing location off-site (block 33) into the main hospital. The work to be done includes Building, Flooring, Painting & Decorating, Small Power & Lighting Alterations, Ceiling Grid & Tile Replacement, Joinery, Fire Compartmentation, Fire Detectors & Alarms, Emergency Lighting Alterations, Plumbing Alterations, IPS Installations, and Wall Protection Installation.
