A programme to design and deliver a range of activities to establish new technology businesses in Sunderland that will incorporate: - The uniqueness of the city and its history, culture and ambitions and provide city specific alternatives to traditional programmes of support for technology start-ups - The need to increase awareness and knowledge of support available in relation to technology business start-ups - The desire to raise ambition and address any fears of failure
