Peabody (“Peabody”) is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to undertake the rectification of defects to newbuild properties. The Service Provider will operate pan-London, and the scope will extend to any property owned or managed by the Peabody Trust.

Renewal Options

The duration of the Contract will be for 36 months, with the possible extension for up to a further 12 months, subject to agreement between Peabody and the successful Provider.
