Suppliers should offer equipment which is compatible for use with QIAGEN QIAamp 96 PowerFecal QIAcube HT Kits. Equivalent kits may be offered but results must show similar microbiome profiles to those obtained from the Qiagen kits. The scope of the contract is for the delivery, installation and commissioning of DNA/RNA extraction robot and a liquid handling robot to be used for library preparation as specified in Section 3, a minimum of 1 year of warranty, and 5 years' maintenance and after sales service.
