The Environmental Services Management System shall covers the following service area: Waste Services Street Cleaning Service (including Beach Cleaning Service) Ground Maintenance Service Fleet Service The Authority reserve the right to modify the contract in the future to include the following: Beach Safety Service Gully Cleaning Solar Street Bin System Commercial Waste Clinical Waste Further detail about the scope and system requirements can be found in the invitation to tender documents available on www.YORtender.co.uk. Additional information: The value stated in II.2.6 is made up of the following budget caps, £120,000 for implementation, £50,000 a year for on-going licensing and support services, and £2,500 for exit costs. The value stated in II.2.7 includes 6 months for implementation, 60 months for the ongoing licencing, hosting and support with the option to extend for up to 2 further 12 month periods. The system must be implemented by the 31st March 2022 so the number of months for implementation may reduce if the contract starts later than anticipated, or if the system is implemented quicker than 6 months.
