Description

The National Lottery Community Fund (hereafter known as 'the Fund') is seeking to procure a suitable supplier to deliver a quantitative consumer survey to go into field by September 2021 at the latest. Following the success of the pilot run of the Community Research Index in 2020, the Fund wishes to develop this further and embed it into their work. The Community Research Index informs us of what communities want, driving communications work to raise awareness of what the Fund has been doing to support communities during the pandemic and beyond. It will also inform wider learning across the organisation. We fully envisage that this will be a 4-year contract, but the format of this will be a 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 breakdown. The maximum available budget for the entire 4-year contract term is £160,000 (exclusive of VAT and inclusive of all expenses), with a yearly allocation of £40,000 (exclusive of VAT and inclusive of all expenses).
