Description

Torfaen Children and Families Services work with other agencies to provide advice, guidance and support to children, young people and their families.

Total Quantity or Scope

We are seeking to commission a joint initiative between Torfaen Children and Families Service and Torfaen Housing Support Grant Service. The aim is to provide a clear pathway of support that can meet changing need and allow access to appropriate levels of provision for young people aged 16 – 24 years. The annual maximum value assigned to the contract will be: 485,000 GBP per annum. However there may be opportunities for spot purchase arrangements over the course of the contract. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced providers of Young Persons supported housing and housing related support services to contribute to the delivery of 16+ services in Torfaen.

Renewal Options

There is an option to extend the contract for a further period of up to 36 months in total
