Deliver a tailored suite of digital resources including 5 videos and facilitation of workshops for HR Business Partners on analytical skills to cover the core modules below. These should include a video for each module topic, supported by a series of facilitated workshops to cover: • Data-Driven Decision Making • Communicating with Data • Data Literacy for HR Business Partners • Data Analysis and Communication & Language • Data Analysis - 4 types of analytics. Deliver a tailored suite of digital resources for all staff across NHSEI on analytical skills. This should include 12 videos and 3 interactive digital guides aligned to 3 levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). There should be 3 videos for each of the modules listed below. These videos should be tailored to three different tiers of expertise, aimed at upskilling colleagues to cover: • Data driven decision making: • Data Literacy • Communicating with Data • Data Analysis All content needs to be able to be hosted on our internal Learning Management Platform. To include a diagnostics self-assessment tool to provide guidance on current level of competence on the subject and inform the appropriate level of learning. All products to be delivered by 31 August 2021
