Birmingham City Council are seeking for a supplier the provision of statutory audit services. Individual financial statements are prepared for PETPS (Birmingham) Limited, PETPS (Birmingham) Capital Limited and PETPS (Birmingham) General Partner Limited ("3 Companies"), in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102, which are filed with the UK Registrar of Companies. An auditor is required for each of the 3 Companies.
