Providers will lead • Creative workshops will be led by experienced artists and crafters to give participants an opportunity to pursue an interest in any of the crafts or arts they experience. • Lead sessions to develop the skills to produce items that they could donate to their local communities or give as gifts to family and friends. • Create sport sessions that will be an engagement tool • Facilitate Taster sessions which will focus on developing life skills, communication, motivation, self-esteem, leadership, respect and teamwork. • Support those engaged in tasters to attend other local activities and sports clubs, creating a lasting enjoyment of activity.

• Participants will meet local performers and be signposted to opportunities to further their interest in drama. • Deliver activities to provide participants with an opportunity to "get involved" by incorporating a wide range of activities leading to the sessions being attractive to a wide range of participants. • Deliver media workshops to engage participants in presenting or reporting. • Participants will learn about the processes involved in creating engaging and effective media. • Participants will gain the basic skills to start their own media journeys. • Use experienced, professional musicians from to create a safe, supportive environment to explore and play a range of instruments. • Welcome participants whatever their musical experience and capabilities. • Lead short term co-designed projects involving participants in reviewing and selecting nominated projects. • Ensure all projects will have wider social and community value • Lead participants in developing skills and experience in collaborative working, taking responsibility for tasks, communication with colleagues and working to deadlines. • Have a nomination process for participants and the local community to suggest potential projects in conjunction with other network of partners • Lead an activity is 'co-design' and 'participant-led' to drive personal responsibility • Participants will take the lead in selecting, designing and delivering nominated projects/activities • Projects will be centered around other activities taking place in the CFO Activity Hub
