Description

The contract aims to provide a range of fun and positive experiences for disabled children and young people aged 11-19 years who have a single or dual sensory impairment and additional complex needs. The service is expected to deliver a county wide provision: • 2 days per month (term time) / 72 days or 1080 hours • 1 day per week (holiday period) / 16 weeks or 120 hours. • The service requirement is for a minimum of 24 individuals with sensory impairments or other complex needs throughout Cornwall. A Virtual Provider Event will be held on 25 August 2021. The event will include the opportunity for input / co-design into the service and information around the tender process.
