Following a further competition under Lot 1 (National) of the CCS RM3816 Estates Professional Services Framework, HS2 Ltd has awarded two contracts for the provision of strategic development advisory services as follows: Contract 1 - Old Oak Common Sites As part of this contract the awarded Supplier (Gerald Eve LLP) will provide strategic development advice on HS2 Ltd's four Old Oak Common sites. Other Information

As part of this contract the awarded Supplier (Arcadis LLP) will provide strategic development advice on HS2 Ltd's five Birmingham Curzon Street Station sites and ad-hoc advice on sites across Phase 2b. The Suppliers will work collaboratively with HS2 Ltd and its other appointed consultants and contractors to support the delivery of the overall masterplan visions for the HS2 Ltd land parcels identified. The advice required by the Suppliers will be based on driving optimum development solutions for each identified site, ensuring HS2 Ltd has maximised commercial returns for the public purse.
