Services of a digital supplier with the capabilities to support HIE and our Group companies maintain its existing and future website/s which are built on the open sourced .NET umbraco platform. See attached PIN documentation for full details.

Total Quantity or Scope

The purpose of this PIN is to gauge market interest in a potential future contract opportunity. It will also inform HIE's procurement strategy ensuring that any procurement route subsequently selected is attractive to the marketplace and will provide a competitive tendering environment for the efficient delivery of any future contract requirements.
