Description

NHS Lanarkshire, on behalf of North Lanarkshire Alcohol & Drug Partnership wish to commission an organisation to provide early intervention support to individuals and their families affected by problematic substance use (Tier 2) within North Lanarkshire.

Renewal Options

Extensions to the contract will be dependent on the continuation of Scottish Government funding at current levels. Up to two (2) further 12 month extensions to the contract may be made at the sole discretion of NHS Lanarkshire.
