A Cross Cutting Review to identify the following:-Characterise the challenges presented in regulating the safety, environmental impact and security of Marine Autonomous Surface Ships (MASS).-Characterise other nations' approaches and international approaches to the regulation of MASS.-Identify lessons from the approaches adopted by regulatory regimes in other sectors in regulating the safety, environmental impact and security of autonomy, complex systems and novel technologies.It is expected that the work willbe undertaken in close conjunction with MCA stakeholders.The MCA will identify a point of contacttomanagethecontract,respond to queries,facilitatestakeholderengagement(where possible),andco-ordinateMCA input and reviews.Meetings can be virtualvia MS Teams orequivalent system.
