Further Competition from framework, KMCPRP-161 Framework for the Provision of Professional Consultancy Services - Lot 2 - Project Management. Kirklees Council sought to appoint a consultant project manager via this Framework to provide day to day project management for the Station to Stadium Enterprise Corridor initiative ('S2S') in Huddersfield.
