Description

The NHSBSA have a requirement for a system, or a number of systems, that allow effective management of employees' learning, talent and performance. The NHSBSA's Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) team support between 3,000-4,000 employees. About NHSBSA: The NHSBSA is a national organisation providing a broad range of business services that support the wider NHS. Further information on our extensive service portfolio can be found at: https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/about-us. These requirements are currently partly met by an NHS-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. However, the NHSBSA are looking to move away from this system for learning, talent and performance management. Any new system(s) will need to allow for powerful reporting mechanisms to drive insight for the L&OD team, leaders, managers and users. The solution is required to be live and operational by no later than 31/03/2022. It is acknowledged that there are a range of models for delivering these requirements (for example, a singular system or multiple systems focusing on individual areas). The NHSBSA are keen to understand more about the different approaches that could be taken to meet the needs.
