Description

This Supply of Traffic Management services Contract is a Framework Agreement for the call off of traffic management services by NY Highways Limited, North Yorkshire County Council, City of York Council, and their successors (‘the Company’). The framework agreement will last for 2 years. There is a potential to extend the framework agreement for a further year and again for one year period. Extensions to the Framework Agreement will be at the discretion of NY Highways. The framework will include 7 lots, 1.

This lot is to provide Traffic Management Services and a potential top-up of Winter Maintenance Service within the Richmondshire District area. The Framework will consist of seven (7) Lots based on geographical area, 1. … There is no limit to the number of lots a supplier can be awarded to. NY Highways is a wholly-owned subsidiary of North Yorkshire County Council. NY Highways will commence operations as North Yorkshire County Council’s Highways Maintenance Contractor from 1st June 2021
