Description

The University's telecommunication services are provided by a Unify HiPath 4000 PABX which was installed in December 2003, and now consists of 6 Nodes (A-F). The scope of this contract is for the supply of maintenance services for a PABX System including call logging, customer announcements and voice mail systems with option of extending this to a fully managed service The contract period will be two-years with an option, at the University's sole discretion. to extend the contract by two further one-year periods Please note that this opportunity is only being made available to those Sellers appointed to Lot 3 - Traditional telephony services of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Networks Services 2 Framework (RM3808).
