Description

PA Housing is conducting a tender for the provision of cleaning to our blocks and communal areas. This procurement is a multi lot procurement and covers the areas of East London, West London, Surrey, South Leicester and Northants, Nottinghamshire and Leicester. The contracts are to start in April 2022 and will be for an initial 3 years with the option to extend. Internal Communal Cleaning Services, including but not restricted to the following items:Floor coveringsWallsCeilingsDoorsWindows - CommunalStairsHandrails and balustradeLiftsRecycled and general waste binsWC, hand basins, urinal etc.Toilet Cubicles and laminated surfacesExternal Cleaning Services, including but not restricted to the following items:Entrance lobby doors glass/screensCar parking areasGeneral footpaths leading to premisesGeneral grass and shrub areasRefuge bin areasBike storesEmptying litter bins at entrance/exits to communal areasEmptying cigarette bins at entrance/exits to communal areas. Additional information: All estimated values are INCLUSIVE of VAT. All estimated values and the duration of the contract are based upon the maximum term of five years.

Renewal Options

It is intended that the Contracts will start in April 2022 for an initial period of three years with the option for an extension of a further one year plus one year, as decided by PA Housing. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore five years.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The client reserves the right to limit the number of lots awarded to any given Tenderer, regardless of the outcome of the tender evaluation.A Tenderer, will not be awarded more than three Lots. Further details are provided in Part 2 of this document and are set out below:i. Tenderers applying for all Lots in the South (London and Surrey) will only be permitted to win either Lot 1 or Lot 2 and 3. In the event ofthe same Tenderer being top placed at the conclusion of the evaluation process the Lots will be awarded as follows:(i) Lot 1 will be awarded to the top placed Tenderer(ii) Lot 2 and Lot 3 will be awarded to the second placed Tenderer(iii) For the avoidance of doubt Tenderers in the South will be permitted to win either Lot 1 or Lot 2 and Lot 3 only.ii. Tenderers applying for all three Midlands Lots will only be permitted to win a maximum of two Lots. In the event that the sameTenderer is top placed at the conclusion of the evaluation process the Lots will be awarded as follows:(i) Lots 4 and 6 will be awarded to the top placed Tenderer(ii) Lot 5 will be awarded to the second placed Tendereriii. Tenderers applying for both the South (London and Surrey) and the Midlands Lots will only be permitted to win a maximum of twoSouth Lots and two Midlands Lots with the award criteria as set out at i and ii above.
