Dear Sir/Madam, In accordance with the Hampshire Building Minor Works Framework you are invited to tender for the New Appliance Bay Doors at Havant Fire Station and have been supplied with the attached documents. Please download all the documents and read VERY carefully. Contractors should note the site visit requirements in item 2.0 of the schedule of works must to be arranged in advance with myself or Bowie Heer. Please also be aware that your tender return is required to include the following 6 documents. 1. Completed Grand Summary Sheet 2. Completed form of tender 3. Fully priced schedule of works (Section 3 of tender specification) 4. Breakdown of all preliminary costs 5. Completed electrical tender summary (from Appendix B) 6. Completed resource questionnaire (From appendix V of the PCI document) Opting In and Out
