Description

Tenders are invited to carry out food commodity sampling, transportation of commodities to labs and physical analysis tests of specific imported food. The timeline for completion of the 1st work package is 31st March 2022. The work is expected to start in October/November 2021. We will provide and agree the final list with the service provider detailing the commodity, the country of origin and the hazard we require the commodity to be tested for. The list covers products from third countries (including the EU) and only commodity/country/hazard combinations that are not currently controlled. A draft list is attached to this specification, the highlighted items are the core items that will definitely form part of the final list. The FSA will consult internally regarding the final sampling plan in collaboration with the successful service provider/s
