Description

The Contract Term will be from 29th February 2020 - 31/03/21. There are two extensions available of up to 12 months each subject to performance at the sole discretion of the Council. Telecare Monitoring Services will be required via call centre to support residents living in the community 24 hours each day 365 days a year to respond promptly to service users who activate the equipment to summon assistance. There are currently 614 Service Users eligible for these services as part of this contract within The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames. Installation, the purchasing of equipment, connection to land line telephones (as well as wireless units) delivery, maintenance, collection, cleaning, recycling and repair for all telecare associated equipment, both new equipment installed by the Provider and for existing equipment installed by the incumbent is required 5 working days per week (Monday - Friday), 52 weeks per year, 9am to 5pm.
