Description

One Year Electrical Inspection Contract and remedial works and Portable Appliance Testing within predominantly occupied residential properties. The approximate number of residential properties included in the contract is 1,300.00

Total Quantity or Scope

Inspection, identification, locating and fixing of faults, and remedial works to the electrical installations and portable appliance testing within various residential properties and Ayrshire Housing offices over a one-year period. The Contractor will carry out electrical testing and will be required to make good any defects recorded from the results of the test and ensure a ‘clean’ certificate is provided to Ayrshire Housing. All works to be in accordance with the Current Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations. The properties are located in Ayrshire. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal Options
